Hello, my name is Erin. I was born to South African parents while they were in the States, raised in Zimbabwe and landed in Canada in 2000. I’ve just arrived in the lower mainland after years in the Boundary region of BC.
I named my business Realign Therapies as my work with people, across my modalities, is centred in facilitating healing and Realignment into coherent health.
I share four offerings:
~ Pilates mat for beginner, intermediate and advanced
~ Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
~ Swedish Massage
~ Sound Therapy
I sound 7 crystal singing bowls – 432hz and 528hz, Solfeggio and Angel frequency Tuning Forks, Ocean and Zimbabwean drums, and my Voice.
I burn incense, palo santo, sage and mist essential oils in treatments as preferred.
I’m extremely excited to be offering Swedish massage and Sound Therapy out of a beautiful spa in Mission BC beginning in July! More details here soon.
