It’s a pleasure to introduce myself. My passion is to use a variety of modalities in the
healing work I offer.
Astrology was the first to reveal it’s gifts. Being an Aquarius Sun sign the language
of Astrology came easy to me. Born with a challenging natal chart I was amazed at
how accurately my issues were revealed. Learning and understanding how the
planets operate in a chart aids in the deep process of mastering self-awareness. I love
working with clients to assist them in their inner self-evolution. My role as an
Astrologer is also constantly evolving.
Polarity therapy was my introduction to energy healing. It’s powerful. Yet wanting to
work in a hands-on capacity I soon segued into the region of Massage, Foot
Reflexology, and of late Acutonics sound therapy. Through it I’ve been introduced
into the world of Chinese Acupuncture points. Healing practises have changed over
the years and have birthed themselves in a more holistic way. The words vibration
and frequency were unheard of a few decades ago. Now they are the new norm.
Distance healing can be just as potent and as powerful as one-on-one. Intention is the
key.
Breath awareness opened the door for clients to release physical tension and increase
inner calm. Knowing the value of meditation I offered classes way back when. I also
developed a series of workshops called “Breaking Free” which incorporated
movement, dance, meditation, breath work and a variety of experiential offerings.
That was in the 80’s. Those classes were “ahead of their time.”
As well as being a student and teacher of A Course in Miracles I have been an ESL
teacher living and teaching English in S. Korea and China. I feel fortunate having
lived in those cultures and others, experiencing Spiritual practises that honour the
Divine in each other and in Nature.
My major learning in life acknowledges Divine Grace as the cement that heals and
the Truth that mends. The gift of good health incorporates a variety of offerings but a
Mind at Peace is the miracle behind all healing.
